About Our Founder and Principal
Gardy J. Guiteau is an educator and consultant with extensive experience as a senior leader, manager, coach, and mentor. Gardy has worked for over two decades in coaching, mentorship, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is a trained intergroup dialogue facilitator who has worked with colleges and universities, community organizations, corporations, nonprofit organizations, and secondary schools. In his work, Gardy focuses on developing opportunities and spaces to support and enrich the personal and professional experiences of all members of an organization.
