GJG Training and Consulting was founded by a social justice educator with over 20 years of experience working in corporate, nonprofit/charities, higher education, and public/state and independent schools based on the deep understanding that effective teams make successful organizations. At GJG Training and Consulting, we differentiate ourselves from other learning and development or diversity, equity, and inclusion consultancies with our focus on "dialogic inclusion work at the intersections." We deploy our expertise in dialogue facilitation, coaching, inclusive leadership development, inclusive mentorship, strategic assessment, and our deep knowledge of intersecting systems to support organizations in creating more effective and psychologically brave teams.
