Training
GJG Training and Consulting offers bespoke interactive learning and development workshops steeped in experiential learning models and informed by multiple academic and professional disciplines. Using an intersectional, dialogic, and comprehensive approach we leverage learning theory and effective practices as experienced educators to help build the capacity of team members at all levels of your organization.
Coaching
We bring over 17 years of experience providing individual academic, professional, and inclusion coaching. We can partner with you to hone in on the growth and development of team members with leadership and executive coaching. We have also developed several coaching programs and can help organizations with doing the same.
Keynote Addresses
Gardy has been invited to offer keynote addresses, headline workshops, and serve as a panel facilitator or discussant at conferences, colleges, and universities in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba. Topics have ranged from diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, to cross-cultural allyship, and inclusive mentorship.
Assessment
Our Founder and Principal Consultant has designed and implemented comprehensive, strategic assessments of programs at multiple organizations. He has experience implementing institution-wide climate surveys, facilitating focus groups for different constituents, and implementing bias response infrastructure.
